High and low temperature testing is performed using a programmable high and low temperature chamber with heating and cooling. Before testing, check the status of the test sample, whether the appearance, function, performance, etc. are normal, and take a picture; then, put the sample into the high and low temperature box, set the high temperature and low temperature values of the temperature box, the time of each holding, the time of temperature change, The number of cycles. For example, the temperature is maintained at 70 ° C for 2 hours, then from 70 ° C for half an hour to a low temperature of -20 ° C for 2 hours, and then from -20 ° C for half an hour to 70 ° C. Loop this way and test 20 cycles. After the measurement, take out the sample and check the appearance, function and performance of the sample after the test. If the sample is found to have no significant change compared with that before the test, or if the change is within the specified standard range, it means that the high and low temperature cycle performance of the test sample meets the requirements, otherwise it is not.

 

The high and low temperature tests of electrical and electronic products are divided into high and low temperature storage tests and high and low temperature operation tests.

The high temperature test is used to determine the suitability of the product for storage, transportation, and use under high temperature and climatic conditions. The severity of the test depends on the temperature of the high temperature and the duration of the exposure.

The low temperature test is used to determine the suitability of the product for storage, transportation, and use under low temperature climatic conditions. The severity of the test depends on the temperature of the low temperature and the duration of the exposure.

Alternating damp heat test: The high and low temperature alternating damp heat test is an essential test item in the fields of aviation, automobile, home appliance, scientific research, etc., used to test and determine electrical, electronic and other products and materials for high temperature, low temperature, alternating damp heat or Constant test parameters and performance after temperature changes. Test reference standards: GB/T 2423.1, GB/T 2423.2, GB/T 2423.3, GB/T 2423.4.

Temperature shock test introduction: This test is to determine the adaptability of the product in storage, transportation and use in a climate where the temperature changes drastically. The severity of the test depends on the high/low temperature, residence time, and number of cycles.

Introduction to rapid temperature change test: This test is used to determine the adaptability of storage, transportation and use of products in high or low temperature rapid or slowly changing climate. The test process is a cycle of normal temperature, low temperature, low temperature, high temperature, high temperature and high temperature, and the severity of the temperature cycle test is determined by the high/low temperature range, residence time and number of cycles.
